We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Credit Card Team Leader to join our team!

🔍 Job Title: Credit Card Sales Team Leader

💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year in the same field in the UAE
🚗 Driving License: Required, along with own car
💰 Salary Range: AED 5,000 to 7,000 (based on team size)

Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
– Recruit, train, and motivate team members.
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
– Stay updated on DSA and banking market trends.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
– Drive team performance and productivity.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader in the credit card industry.
– Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
– Strong sales and negotiation skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Understanding of the DSA and banking market in the UAE.
– Valid driving license and own car.
